Get $2,000 for Securing Your Business

The Securing Small Business Rebate Program is ready to help small businesses with vandalism-related costs and to install measures to prevent future vandalism.

Applications will be accepted until January 31, 2025 from businesses looking to offset the costs of repairing or preventing vandalism.

The BC Chamber of Commerce is also holding a free online information session on the program on
July 17 from 11:00 – 12:00 pm.

The application process has changed to increase eligibility!

• An insurance claim is not necessary. Just confirmation that the business has general business insurance.

• Self-installation of equipment to deter vandalism is allowed. The rebate will cover the equipment only if this is the case.

• The applicant does not have to demonstrate there is vandalism in the community for the preventative rebate.
