Sunset Concert in the Park

The South Granville Business Improvement Association (SGBIA) is excited to host Sunset Pop, an enchanting outdoor concert at sunset featuring a 25-piece orchestra from the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra.

Join us on August 22 for an evening of magic beginning at 6PM at Vancouver School Board Park, located at Fir Street and West 10th Avenue. The park will be beautifully transformed for this special occasion. The evening will start with a vibrant wine garden, giant board games, a 360-degree photography station, food trucks, performance artists, and more. At 7PM, the orchestra will grace the stage, delivering a captivating performance of timeless classics and contemporary hits that will appeal to all ages.

For this inaugural event, the SGBIA will provide 300 chairs, as well as a blanket zone for those who prefer to relax on the lush green grass. Guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets to fully enjoy the music. Please note that early access to the lawn will be restricted while we complete the setup, and the area will open at 6PM.

The event is open to the public and free of charge. Don’t miss out on this unique and enjoyable experience!
